Whether through mindfulness, Somatic practices, or psychotherapy, Holistic Individual Therapy supports a journey toward holistic wellness, guiding you toward living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

We offer EMDR, IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT Tapping, Deep psychotherapy, AEDP, and more.

Groups

At EG Holistic Psychology, we offer small, intimate grief support groups designed to provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals navigating loss. Our groups are intentionally kept small to ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and the opportunity to share their experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Led by a trained therapist, these groups encourage connection, healing, and understanding, helping participants process their grief at their own pace while gaining support from others who are facing similar challenges.
