Provisional Psychologist & Counsellor
Emily is a provisional psychologist and counsellor who brings genuine warmth, curiosity, and a deep care for her clients to every session. She is currently working toward full registration and is supervised by a board-approved psychologist.
Emily's approach is person-centred at its core — she believes that the therapeutic relationship itself is healing, and that feeling genuinely understood is the first step toward change.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop practical tools alongside deeper self-awareness.
Emily works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, and the pressures of modern life. She is passionate about making therapy accessible, warm, and free from judgment.
